feat(absence): support driver leave creation and include leaves in RH listings

• add requestType/leaveType fields to RH + driver DTOs
• sync driver leave/absence to RH and handle updates when dates change
• enrich driver responses with requestType/leaveType from RH
• include RH records with null state in /traitees and /non-traitees filters
