Summary

Fleet tables migration — Migrated 10 fleet pages (carburant, fuelcard, affectation, kilometrage, fuelSupplier, suiviCartes, vehicle, brand-model) from MUI to shadcn CSS Grid. Each page now uses synchronized scroll, skeleton loading, intersection observer row animations, and #DBD7F9 header/footer cards. 10 new table container files created.
Fix: Select not working in Dialog — Radix Dialog sets aria-hidden on everything outside its DOM tree, including the portaled SelectContent, making it non-interactive. Fixed by exposing a container prop on SelectContent and rendering the dropdown inside the dialog element instead of document.body.
Fix: Fiche Trajet header overlap — "Personnalisé" / "Dupliqué" buttons used absolute positioning, overlapping the title and date badge on narrow screens. Replaced with flex flex-wrap justify-between so buttons wrap cleanly instead of overlapping.
