Accept images with no damage

After this change, when the API returns a "No Damage" the frontend will:

• See confidence is 0
• Derive confidence from probs["No Damage"] → 1.0 (100%)
• Use 100% for the threshold check
• Keep the image accepted instead of showing the "Seuil de Confiance Non Atteint" error
