refactor(rh): migrate RH fiches to shadcn with purple section cards

  • Migrate Candidature fiche to shadcn with section cards (Identité & Contact, Candidature, Suivi & Statut, Documents)
  • Migrate Besoin de recrutement fiche to shadcn with section cards (Demande, Affectation, Suivi & Statut)
  • Migrate Formulaire details and creation forms (existing + new) to shadcn with purple cards
  • Migrate Salarié fiche to shadcn with 4 progressive purple cards (Identité, Contact, Professionnel, Documents)
  • Redesign working-hours-selector: shadcn Dialog/Select/Button, purple day cards, Lucide icons
  • Redesign salarie-trips-table: purple card with Bus icon, color-coded trip badges, replace emojis with Lucide icons
  • Replace MUI Grid/Box/Typography/Snackbar/Drawer across all forms with Tailwind + shadcn
  • Replace notistack with Sonner toasts, FontAwesome with Lucide React
  • Fix scroll issues and z-index overlap on all RH list views (salarié, formulaire, besoin-recrutement)
  • Fix double POST with type=button on all form buttons
