feature/vsn-2620-personnalisation : improve planning trip personalization UX

Add a Reaffecter button to control driver reassignment, update the passenger icon for absent users, and introduce an unsaved-changes confirmation popup to prevent losing edits when switching actions or closing the personalized trip drawer.
