feat: add planning legend and improve unsaved/absence list behavior

Introduce a planning legend aligned with existing UI icons and colors to make slot statuses easier to identify. Fix unsaved-changes guard behavior so the confirmation dialog appears only when form data is actually modified, and improve its button layout/UX. Also fix absence list refresh/sorting consistency to keep item order stable after create/status updates.
