feature/vsn-2620-absence : feat: support leave requests in driver absence forms and planning display

Add full request type handling in chauffeur absence flows by introducing "Type de demande" (ABSENCE/LEAVE), dynamic type options, conditional validation, and payload mapping for requestType/absenceType/leaveType/otherLeaveDescription. Update absence tables with a dedicated "Type demande" chip column and improved row rendering for Absence vs Congé. Enhance planning absence rendering to consume requestType/leaveType metadata and display all leave labels correctly (paid, unpaid, sick, parental, RTT, other) with dedicated styling. Also align related typing/mapping updates across hooks and stores to keep front-end data flow consistent end-to-end.
