feat(front): revamp driver absence UI with cascading type/motif, time fields, and justification workflow

Add start time and end time fields in driver absence form. Replace old absence selection with 2-level taxonomy: absence type (choice 1) then absence motif (choice 2), with updated business lists. Add optional observations field. Remove number of hours field from form/table. Add mandatory justification status selector (JUSTIFIED, TOLERATED, NOT_JUSTIFIED), and auto-open Documents tab/upload flow when JUSTIFIED is selected. Improve list usability with segmented view to switch between requests to process and processed absences. Update planning card rendering to show: Absence + type + motif + justification status with improved visual styling.
