VSN-2727-Gestion d’absences/conge

Fixed the Créé le column so the full datetime is displayed as JJ/MM/AAAA HH:mm, without truncation dots. Fixed the bug where opening an approved congé/absence changed the displayed status from Approuvée to En attente. Fixed the duplicate numbers/percentages in the Répartition par statut widget.
