VSN-2949/ Added permissions for call history

In the Configuration/Administration module, add the necessary permissions for the Call History interface in Permissions Management to enable access control based on user roles and profiles. Acceptance criteria: The Call History interface is available in Permissions Management. Administrators can grant or revoke access rights to this interface. Users with the required permissions can access the Call History interface. Users without permission cannot access it. The existing functionality of Permissions Management is not affected.
