VSN-923/Improve display logic and form controls for establishment/infrastructure modules

This MR enhances the frontend behavior of the establishment and infrastructure :

  • Replaces ID with name or number in tab titles for detail and edit views.
  • Corrects the display of schedule data in the establishment list view.
  • Disables the parent field of agency and department and lot in the edit form to prevent unintended changes.

These adjustments improve data readability and form reliability for end users.
