Fix: prevent duplicate fetch of planning & Enable internal scroll for DraggableNonAffectedSlot & center circular progression in 'Fiche trajet'

  • Added a useRef guard (hasFetchedDrivers) in driver-schedule.tsx to ensure fetchDrivers is executed only once.
  • Improved Axios configuration handling inside getPlanningDrivers by preventing multiple reinitializations of the base URL
  • Displays the 'Fiche trajet' sidebar before the request sends a response (circular progress for waiting).
