Resolve VSN-2122 "Feature/simplify client display, highlight inactive rows, migrate to clientUuid"

Changes:

  • Replace full client name display with lastname only
  • Apply gray styling to inactive contract/client rows
  • Switch contract management to use clientUuid instead of clientId Closes VSN-2122
