VSN-2141 : Resolving issue of late establishments loading in the passenger forms , resolving imperfections of loading status of prepared data + pagination and optimising passengers fetching process by markers calculation removal.

General refactorings :

  • Refactoring pagination & loading status in prepared passengers loading.
  • Refactoring loading of establishments in the form of (saving/updating) prepared passenger.
  • Removing no longer used markers logic related to prepared passengers.
  • Fixing input filter type of amendment date to became as a date instead of a plain text filter.

Closes VSN-2141
