VSN-2274/ feat(suivi-dossier): implement passenger document management tab

  • Add full "Suivi de dossiers" tab in the BO passenger profile, allowing agents to manage documents shared by the user from the mobile app or uploaded directly from the BO
  • Implement document listing with columns: date, name, type, size, source (BO vs mobile), actions
  • Add document upload with type selection dialog (7 types: Contract, Attestation, Justification, Certificate, Invoice, Administrative document, Other)
  • Add inline document rename via pencil icon with keyboard shortcuts (Enter to confirm, Escape to cancel)
  • Add document download and deletion with confirmation dialog
