Resolve VSN-1870 "Feature/add endpoint for personalized active trips and refactor circuit trip retrieval"

• added new endpoint to fetch active personalized trips by circuit
• updated function retrieving circuit trips to return only normal trips
• added customizedDate field to TripCircuitDTO
• implemented method overloading to reuse logic for both normal and personalized trips
