feat(circuit): handle single-passenger absences in driver assignments and expose passengers in chauffeur list

  • split trip driver assignments when a single passenger has an absence period (create active segments before/after, inactive during)
  • include passenger names in trip driver assignment search response and display them in the chauffeur assignments table, aligned with trajet list behaviour
