feat(circuit): make driver assignments passenger-absence aware per day

Use per-day dailyTrips semantics to deactivate/split trip driver assignments only on the affected dates for a trip’s sens (Outbound/Return) when the trip has a single passenger. Keep multi-passenger assignments active, and avoid mixing passenger-absence segments with driver-absence segments.
