feat(common): add absence-service UUID path and driver assignment absence flag

  • Added GET_NON_ABSENT_DRIVER_UUID path in AbsenceServicePath to call the nonabsent drivers endpoint by driver UUID.
  • Extended TripDriverAssignment with createdFromAbsence boolean flag .
