Add driver-name monthly geoloc endpoint (year/month) and wiring

Create a new endpoint in order to extract driver's Geoloc data :

  • add /hours-by-name path and controller endpoint accepting driverName + year + month
  • add repository query for driver name + month/year and wire service interface/impl to build monthly DTO
