VSN-2252/ fix: improve cancel absence UX and add filter indicator

This MR includes the following changes :

  • Navigate back to list after successful cancellation
  • Keep loading overlay visible until navigation (no status flash)
  • Remove optimistic state update in cancelAbsence store action
  • Add badge indicator on filter icon when filter is active
  • Remove the option to delete absences
