VSN-2102/ feat: Add school schedule management for passengers

This MR adds school schedule functionality for passengers, allowing them to manage their class schedules directly from the mobile app. Passengers can create single schedule entries or recurring ones that automatically generate entries for 12 weeks on the same day of the week. The API provides endpoints to create, update, delete, and query schedules by passenger, specific date, day of week, or date range.
