This MR Implements week parity system with bulk update of school schedules.

Changes

  • Add week parity (EVEN/ODD) support for school schedules
  • Implement automatic date generation for 12 weeks based on passenger's transport start date
  • Add ability to duplicate schedules from one parity to another
  • Add bulk update endpoint to modify multiple schedules in a single request
  • Add propagate endpoint to apply schedule changes to all weeks of the same parity
