IAV-590/feat(faq): Add agent-specific FAQ category endpoints

Summary

This MR introduces two new endpoints for managing FAQ categories at the agent level.

Changes

  • Added GET /agent/{agentUid} endpoint to retrieve all FAQ categories associated with a specific agent
  • Added POST /agent endpoint to create FAQ categories only if they don't already exist for the given agent
