IAV-245/add FAQ chatbot endpoint for retrieving agent FAQs
- Create FaqChatBotResponse DTO with question and response fields
- Add FaqRepository with query to fetch active FAQs by agent ID
- Implement FaqService and FaqMapper for business logic and entity mapping
- Add FaqController with GET endpoint at /api/customer-care/faq/agent/{customerCareAgentId}
- Update AgentPaths constants with FAQ_BASE_PATH and FAQ_BY_AGENT
