  • Create FaqChatBotResponse DTO with question and response fields
  • Add FaqRepository with query to fetch active FAQs by agent ID
  • Implement FaqService and FaqMapper for business logic and entity mapping
  • Add FaqController with GET endpoint at /api/customer-care/faq/agent/{customerCareAgentId}
  • Update AgentPaths constants with FAQ_BASE_PATH and FAQ_BY_AGENT
