IAV-1214/feat(legal-notifications): SMTP Send Email config and n8n placeholders

Add smtp-credential-id, smtp-credential-name, smtp-from-email with gmail-* fallbacks; {{SMTP_*}} placeholders and emailSend/SMTP node detection; wizard uses Send Email (SMTP) node name;
