IAV-771/ feat(payments): implement payment history module with advanced filtering and statistics

This MR implements the payment history module in the backoffice with comprehensive transaction management and statistics tracking:

• Statistics Dashboard: 3 cards showing monthly revenue, successful payments, and failed payments
• Advanced Filtering: Search across all columns (user, email, amount, plan, status, date)
• Payment Details Modal: View full transaction information on row click
• Action Button: A dedicated button for invoice consultation.
• Custom Tooltips: Glassmorphic tooltips matching the overall design system
