IAV-978/feat(common): restore fileMetadataUids field in AgentMessage entity

Re-add the fileMetadataUids @ElementCollection alongside the new MessageAttachment relationship. This field is still used by other services (e.g. orchestration, document-analysis) for legacy file reference endpoints and must remain available as an optional attribute.
