Update legal agent color palette

This merge updates the Legal Agent color palette to ensure visual consistency with the existing design system.

What was done:

Refined primary and secondary colors for the Legal Agent

Aligned backgrounds, accents, and highlights with the global UI palette

Improved visual harmony across cards, buttons, and status elements
