IAV-1142/ Unify summary step design & fix wizard navigation footer

Summary

• Summary step unification — All agent wizards (adan, afay, anir, aren, ayal, ziri) now share the same SummaryCard design as aqal-wizard:
  • Glassmorphism cards with status-based opacity and border
  • Complété / En attente chip badge per card
  • Shine effect on hover
  • Final CTA section with Sparkles icon and dynamic X sur Y étapes complétées completion text
• Single footer button on last step — All 7 wizards (adan, afay, anir, aren, ayal, ider, ziri) now hide the two-button NavigationButtons on the summary step and replace it with a single centered activation button, matching aqal-wizard's pattern
• ZIRI platform settings section — Wrapped the "Paramètres par plateforme" section inside a SummaryCard (with Settings icon and status badge) instead of a standalone title, making it visually consistent with all other summary cards
