Summary

Added support for Freshdesk as a new integration type across the integration wizard and the agent dashboard.

Changes

Integration Wizard

  • Added Freshdesk as a selectable integration type
  • Implemented configuration steps specific to Freshdesk (credentials, validation, etc.)

Agent Dashboard

  • Added support for creating a Freshdesk integration from the dashboard
  • Added support for replicating an existing Freshdesk integration

Testing

  • Tested Freshdesk integration creation via wizard
  • Tested Freshdesk integration creation via agent dashboard
  • Tested Freshdesk integration replication via agent dashboard
