IAV-227/ Add gallery interface and image selection from gallery

This MR introduces the gallery interface for the community manager and enables users to select images from the gallery when creating posts.

Gallery Interface

• GallerySection Component: New gallery interface with:
  • Search functionality to filter media
  • Grid display of media items
  • Media card component with hover effects
  • Download and edit actions for each media item
  • Empty state handling

Integration in Post Creation

• Manual Mode: Users can now select images from gallery when adding/replacing images
• Automatic Mode: Gallery selection available during editing phase
• Seamless integration with existing image upload workflow
