Add post-wizard integration API: connectIntegration + toggleIntegration
Register INTEGRATIONS.CONNECT / TOGGLE URLs in assistant API config
Rebuild AREN dashboard integrations section: cards, toggles, OAuth guide
Two-step connect flow: preflight user integrations by credential type; small modal (existing account + replicate) vs big modal (Client ID/Secret + OAuth)
