IAV-1201/feat(legal): improve Slack/Teams integrations dashboard UX

Pre-select the linked account in the connection modal, open the credential form when no existing accounts are available, restrict Slack schema fields to accessToken where applicable, and clarify duplicate-integration error copy. Align Legal integration grid typing with @/types/platforms-config.
