feat(aren/sav/ayal): integration UX polish, phone number display & theme consistency

AREN

• Zoom → "Bientôt disponible": Zoom card is always visible in both the wizard and the integration view, rendered with a coming-soon badge matching the Community Manager style (no opacity reduction, normal hover, badge in footer only)
• Auto-select video on calendar pick: selecting Google Calendar auto-selects Google Meet; selecting Outlook Calendar auto-selects Teams (and vice-versa on deselect)
• Phone number: added a disabled phone field with a copy button in the agent sidebar and in the wizard's step-resume (prominent, themed, with copy feedback)
• Metrics section: temporarily disabled below the active/inactive toggle in the sidebar

SAV

• Removed sub-feature toggles from instruction-section and standard-instructions-view
• Replaced hardcoded hex colors in standard-instructions-view with currentColor.primary (backgrounds, left-bar indicators, border, CircularProgress)
• Replaced SVG toggle images with a CSS pill toggle component accepting a dynamic color prop

Ayal

• Removed checkboxes from sub-feature items in step-features
