refactor: Implement glassmorphism design and chat interface for Community Manager agent

This MR refactors the Community Manager agent to follow the new glassmorphism design pattern already implemented in the marketplace and wizard components. Additionally, it adds a complete chat interface and improves overall responsiveness.

  • Migrate Community Manager agent to glassmorphism design pattern
  • Implement complete chat interface with dedicated components
  • Enhance responsive breakpoints (xs, sm, md, lg, xl) across configuration and integration sections
  • Create generic agent layout components and tab structure
  • Improve visual consistency with marketplace/wizard components
