Activate sub-agents section: removed opacity: 0.5, pointerEvents: none and "Bientôt disponible" label — the section is now fully interactive.
URL sync for sub-agent wizard: when opening/continuing a sub-agent wizard from the SAV dashboard, the URL reflects the current state (?subAgentUid=<uid>&step=<slug>). The UID is injected once the backend returns it at step 2. On page refresh, the wizard auto-reopens at the correct step.
