bugfix(wizard/integrations): tighten Teams integration configuration flows for legal and public-tender

Refine Teams config views + integration connection modals to handle updated wizard payloads and reduce inconsistent state.
Update Adan/Aqal wizard integration steps and legal wizard store to align with backend Teams integration/binding changes.
Adjust wizard types to reflect the new Teams-related fields used across wizard flows.
