Fix Feedback issues detected on Personnalisation & creation inspection

First commit updates :

• Whenever i was selecting another section, the two fields "Société & inspecteur" were being rendered on top of the selected section's fields so i had to fix this by updating the mapping of this two fields.

Second commit updates :

• Remove duplicated post calls when saving the form along with redirection to the main page.

third commit updates (New Inspection Creation):

• Manual inspector selection - removed automatic inspector assignment when company is selected
• Remove validation errors messages and only show them on submission attempt if the user forget a mandatory field
