EDL-422/ Account administration module

In this branch, I implemented the following updates:

  • Defined and enforced the new password policy, now applied to all newly created passwords.
  • Implemented account recovery actions, including restoring disabled accounts and renewing active sessions.
  • Updated access permissions for drivers to align with the new security and access rules.
