feat(kyc): KycStatusDto currentStep/kycId, UpdateKycStepRequestDto

KYC KycStatusDto now includes currentStep (KycStep) and kycId (String).

Consumers of GET …/kyc/status can route the investor wizard from currentStep (IDENTITY, LIVENESS, ADDRESS, REVIEW) instead of misusing currentStatus (DRAFT, SUBMITTED, APPROVED, …)
