feat(MLC-189): Add vehicle calendar with French date format and refactor...

feat(MLC-189):I added a new feature to provide for each vehicle a calendar and I refactored sections cause we had a replicate folder that's why i deleted the replicated vehicules folder and the replicated section folder to match with my team mates and eliminating redundancy.to improve overall code organization.
