add favorite vehilce routes to the client controller, using the vehicle external service

MLC-383 :

  • calling the vehicles external service to get the vehicles .
  • creating new 3 routes to fetch a user's favorite vehicles, add & remove a vehicle from the user's list of favorites
  • adding new client service functions for each of the new 3 routes
