YS-116/Coach registration interfaces

Coach account creation is done in three steps:

• step 1: basic information as well as the user interface
• step 2: the image, its gender, year of birth
• step 3: Portfolio: specializations, skills (depending on the choice of specializations), professional experience and certification

The coach is redirected to interface 4 and his request is processed by the administrator once accepted, an email will be sent to his mailbox.
